Charter Resolution No. 29-92
Adopted as Charter Resolution 29-92 by the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas on February 20, 1992. This resolution was amended by Resolution 33-97 on June 19, 1997; by Charter Resolution 35-00 on May 4, 2000; and by Charter Resolution 39-08 on amended June 5, 2008 (effective date September 7, 2008); and by Charter Resolution 041-12 amended May 3, 2012, (effective July 19, 2012).

User Charge Resolution No. 10-040
Adopted as Resolution 10-040 by the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County on November 4, 2010. This resolution amends the User Charge System for the Payment of Operation and Maintenance Costs of the Sanitary Sewer System which is operated by Johnson County Wastewater. The User Charge Resolution was originally adopted by Resolution No. WD 02-35 on July 11, 2002, amended by Resolution No. WD 02-67 on December 5, 2002; amended by Resolution No. WD 03-056 on July 3, 2003; and amended by Resolution No. WD 04-069 on December 9, 2004.
